Policies

24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours or no-shows will be required to pay a rebooking fee equal to  half of the appointment missed prior to booking another appointment.  This can be paid via etransfer.  Rebooking fees and scheduling are solely at my discretion.  A credit card number may be required to secure a booking.

Please be on time.  Late arrivals may have their appointment time shortened.  If there isn't enough time to perform the service your appointment may be rescheduled.  A rebooking fee will apply.

In the case of a schedule discrepancy, the salon scheduler (Square Appointments) will be deemed correct.  Please confirm the date and time of your appointment in the reminder text.

You must be 16 years of age to have brazilian hair removal.

​

Brazilians are not performed during menstruation.  Surprises happen so a rebooking fee will not be applied in this case.

​

You must be 16 years of age to have nail extensions (sculpted nails).  Shellac and rockstar manicures are options available to younger clients.

​

Children are not allowed in the the salon during your appointment.
